- Spend sufficient time with you to fully understand and identify your needs and goals so that I can efficiently search for appropriate properties, thus saving you time.
- Provide quality and customized service targeted toward your needs.
- I promise continual and timely communication of your choice: via phone, email, letters.
- Complete a market search to identify properties consistent with your needs and price range.
- Availability for meeting your needs and schedule for property research and showings.
- Provide access to properties and community information.
- Prepare a written Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for you prior to making an offer.
- Prepare a written Offer to Purchase on the property of your choice.
- Provide counsel and negotiate on your behalf.
- Give you the names of (not less than 3) other professionals to assist you prior to the Offer to Purchase.
- Assist you in monitoring the status and satisfaction of contract details.
- Accompany you on a quality orientation prior to closing.
- Follow up with you after the closing to assure you are completely satisfied.
